Description of Service
Accommodated is a workplace communication and record-keeping aid for people asking for workplace accommodations. It helps users understand general rights information, choose possible adjustments, draft letters, keep a conversation timeline, prepare return-to-work plans, and export records.
Accommodated is not a law firm, legal adviser, union, HR service, ACAS service, government service, tribunal service, EEOC service, DWP service, Access to Work service, or WRC service.
Not Legal Advice
Accommodated provides general workplace-rights information and drafting tools. It does not provide legal advice, legal representation, legal conclusions, medical advice, or clinical advice, and does not guarantee any outcome.
It does not decide whether you are legally disabled, whether an employer has acted lawfully, whether a specific accommodation is legally required, or which formal complaint route applies. Letters, disclosure notes, Access to Work drafts, conversation timeline entries, return-to-work plans, reminders, and exported evidence packs are starting points for your own review. You remain responsible for checking that anything you send is accurate, complete, and appropriate for your situation.
For complex situations, urgent deadlines, tribunal claims, EEOC charges, WRC complaints, formal disputes, dismissal, redundancy, settlement discussions, or employer action, speak to a union representative, employment lawyer, legal clinic, government body, or another qualified adviser in your country.
User Responsibility
By using Accommodated, you remain responsible for reviewing and editing anything the app helps you create. The app should not be used for emergencies.
Access to Work
Accommodated can help draft and organise Access to Work answers, but it is not a DWP service and does not submit an application for you. Always check the official gov.uk Access to Work guidance before sending or relying on any draft. Accommodated is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting for DWP, Access to Work, JobAccess, Fair Work, EEOC, JAN, ACAS, Citizens Advice, WRC, IHREC, or any other referenced organisation.
Your Data
You own your data. Accommodated stores data locally on your device, with optional sync to your personal iCloud account. We do not access, collect, or process your data.
You can export PDF letters, evidence packs, disclosure worksheets, CSV files, and backups, or delete all data at any time.
