Description of Service

Accommodated is a personal workplace rights navigator for iPhone. It helps users identify, draft, and track requests for reasonable workplace accommodations.

Not Legal Advice

Accommodated provides information drawn from public guidance and case law. It is not legal advice and is not a substitute for qualified legal representation.

Your Data

You own your data. Accommodated stores data locally, with optional sync to your personal iCloud account. You can export, back up, or delete your data at any time.

Limitation of Liability

Accommodated is provided "as is" without warranty. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cocoacorn is not liable for damages arising from app use, including outcomes of accommodation requests or employment decisions.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
