Is Tolerated medical advice?
We’re not a doctor or a dietitian. Tolerated is a personal protocol manager that helps you run, log, and reflect on elimination diets — it doesn’t diagnose food intolerances or treat medical conditions. We strongly recommend working with a registered dietitian for any elimination diet that lasts more than a few weeks, or if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, planning changes for a child, or managing a diagnosed condition.
